Uses

Essential Oils should not be used directly on the skin and should be combined with "Carrier Oils" and massaged into the skin or used as follows:

Bathing: Add 5 to 10 drops directly to your bath
Bath Oils: 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of Carrier Oil added to your bath
Sauna: Add 2-3 drops of oil to 500ml (17 fl.oz) water and add to the heat source
Massage Oil: 2-3 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of Carrier Oil
Oil Burners: Few drops diluted with water

Caution

Do not use undiluted essential oils directly on the skin. Use all Thyme oil in moderation and in low dilution. Avoid using this oil during pregnancy.
